A well-planned, absolutely built around my personal needs & wants 20' container w/plenty of outdoor space + another 20 footer to have on hand for guests or company now & then is starting to make more sense to me Again, beautiful job. I've been trying to build a few of them in Colombia soon! and make them like cabins on a lot to be sold! Also admire the work that Uncontained has done too! Love it! Can you do a video detailing the plumbing services, how they run through the floor? What is the floor detail? Insulated? Does the pipework run underneath, and how? Etc etc

I’m an old timer with over 45 years in the trades and I know the difference between junk work and quality work and you my friend are doing quality work. I just wish there were more quality craftsmen like yourself coming up in the trade these days. Keep up the good work and stay on track and stay true to the the craft and don’t sell out to blow and go work that is all over America today.

In the future I would like to put it on a foundation but that’s later on down the road when I can have see more containers and find some land for a forever home. Any thoughts on this on being on a trailer? I think it could be similar as an RV technically. Thanks!

Just to include extra ground, extra selling, confortable for, tv , sound space....or storage space, or wardrobe space, or big tub in bathroom area......but, definitly, enjoy your indoor vision, light, white, clean, young ! Awesome build for a 20ft container instead of a 40ft one. I would probably opt for 2 mini fridges by the washer combo and use the fridge space to put a closet, and use a double Murphy bed, but I do like the layout. If I had $20K, I would just go ahead and pay you for it! 😊👌

I have a full size washer and dryer at home in Southwest Florida. I only use washer, then dry my cloths outside. Once dried throw the cloths in the dryer machine with no heat and set at fluff for 10 minutes to remove lint and dog hairs. This is how we dry cloths in Asia and Europe. Living in Southwest Florida I take maximum advantage of the sun and also save money by not drying cloths in the dryer heat. Save Mother Earth however I can.

If I could suggest on thing, it would be to opt for a smaller refrigerator in lieu of a full size one. If you do this you may be able to squeeze a little more storage in. How long will a shipping container home stay good enough quality to live in? I was told that no matter how much upkeep you do to the container house that it will only last about 20 years. If that is true then it is not feasible to buy a container house.
I have to move into a tiny house or something like this because how my mobility went over night!!! But i still am independent even though its hard im still YOUNG!! But your wondering why ?... I have M.S. and it hit me n the face overnight hard!!
I feel like y'all could be more creative with the table/desk. It just seems like it takes up a lot of space and looks like it was just placed in the space. Doesn't look like it's apart of the space. And I personally feel like, the bed should not be a struggle. Just my thoughts. Idk, I know you're still building, but there's a lot of things I would do different and I would have more creative freedom in the space.
