We are in the design phase now for our 7800 Sq ft (single story footage) 3800/4000 House/shop combo. Helps to see what we don't want, probably more than what we need. Any vids you recommend watching for 2nd level floor plan? Want to keep 2/3rds open ceiling (1st floor) plus an elevator/ & dumbwaiter side by side setup. Anyway, keep the videos coming!
Been following you guys for a while now while learning about postframe construction. I am planning out a 20x30 garage with a 6/12 roof/trusses. Ill be using the wet set brackets in 18"x4ft in ground concrete piers. The posts will be 2x6x16' laminated 3-ply. I plan on adding stucco vs steel siding. I have everything pretty much planned out but I am unsure of one thing. With stucco I need to have sheathing for the entire exterior. Because of this sheathing do I still need girts? Also, because I will have a traditional shingle roof, do I need purlins?
A big thank you to Paul and Emily and of course Darryl and Jessie for making my dream come true!!
20 year man, thank you for your service x 2! impressive!
Amazing Mancave Bill!
Well done to both you and Paul!
Thanks Derk, it has all come together and I'm extremely happy with Paul's crew, the quality was top notch!!

Great job! Do you have anything for engine exhaust, or do you just keep the doors open when running an engine?
Yes, I have two 60' steel flex exhaust hoses to run out the side door when needed.
Sorry bro that is not a man cave as the sign said. That is a man ARENA. 😂
Haha truth. It’s epic.
