This is by far, the best interpretation of Cloud Strife and all that he is been through. This is a very well put together video, and the song fits perfectly and it flows well. This is the best AMV that I have ever seen. The sound bytes/voice overs that you add in carry the story along in a very emotional manner. i think i'm the only one who cries like a lot everytime i see zack, because, he's so nice, he used to support cloud a lot, and gave him his most precious symbol of honour and dreams, the buster sword for cloud, and hoped that he could live for both of their lives, be his living legacy. yet, later on, because he got mental-kind-of disorders, cloud forgot those thing, including his promise, even ho forgot zack himself, i know it's not cloud's fault, but i feel so bad for cloud, and in ffvii, aerith didnt now yet if zack's dead, and she thought that zack went with another girl, same goes to his parents, they didnt know if he's dead. if cloud did remember that time, of course zack's parents will at least niw that their son is dead. and then aerith went to fight all long way with cloud, and they went to date in gold saucer, and i just like, omfg i feel bad for u zack T_T... and when aerith died, cloud became super sad just like if he got feelings to aerith, and i cried again because i remembered zack . when he died, the person that on his mind was aerith aerith and aerith. well at least they went together again in lifestream and cloud finally regained his memories. but, to know how nice zack is, i feel so sorry for him.. fck, this is all because crisis core! if i never played this game before, i will never know how amazing zack is! and now, im here waiting for the ffvii remake and wonder how it'll be. since nomura said that the story wont be that same as ffvii. good video! thanks for uploading this!

My exposure to cloud only came from smash for 5 years and I always thought he was the generic edgy jrpg protag but I finally played FF7 and Remake this year, along with watching crisis core and advent children, and wow this might be my favorite video game character ever

Ever since the original game came out when I was 6 years old, I felt like the whole Cloud persona was part of who I was, like every bit of his personality and everything that defined him as a human also defined me in some way. Of course, he went through worse. Loses his family at age 16, his best friend at age 21. Right now, I'm almost 21, and it's like, I understand how he struggles so much in life. His character is on one of the highest levels for me. Him and Zack deserve to be immortalized.

I love cloud strife. Seriously the best character tetsuya nomura created. He's a complex character. Every time I play any ff7 related game I always feel like I get to know him a little more than before. I'm excited for the remake cause I haven't played it since the original first came out in 97'. It was my first final fantasy game on the PS. I just want to be emerged in its world again! The nostalgia is real!!!!
