    One of good option is that you may purchase the materials like steel wood electricals hardware plywood etc which will reduce noticeable buy price in comparison to future prices . I did this in mid of 2018 and after completion of house you may sell off extra material on current market price and enjoy the compounding. Try not to compromise the quality work, take your time and bear the labor cost is bearable and purchase cost can make you cry later.

    Agreed we r planning to finish gray complete then finish upper portion which we have plan to rent in future and start to live and then in living there we will start finishing of our ground and basement section...

    No you can not shift in house unless you don't comple full house grey plus Finishing Dha and bahria don't give Completion to shift in house.

      i tend to agree on that but you can follow this on houses outside DHA and bahria and to be honest you can omit a room or two there as well

      You should submit and get approved the drawings that you plan to construct. you can get the approval later if you plan to do any extensions

      you have to make front elevation of your house in behria & D.h.a. acc to society Rules.
      so, you have to make double story house

    Roof pr plaster krwao? Mene ceiling lgwani hai wese.. Plaster krwana chaiye ya nh? Plaster na krwane ka kia nuqsan hai or krne ka kia faida hai? Please reply sir

      Decision aap ka hai. Agar plaster nahin karvate tu paise ki saving hai lakin kal ko false ceiling girti hai ya aap faisla karte hain ke false ceiling nahin rakhne tu sare ghar main gand ho ga kyon ke aap ko plaster karvana ho ga. Lastly, ceiling aap nain wall to wall karvane hai kyon ke agar aap ko kuch portion par karvate hai tu us jaga ceiling karvane ho gi

      Mere walid sb keh re hn k Plaster krwa le. Paiso ka sir masla koi nh hai ghr ek bar hi banta hai br br nahi. Me keh rha hun k bs yani 25-30 saal bd b koi msla na ho tb b condition achi me rahe. Mjh ab ye nh idea k roof ceiling ka kia lifetime hai? Kb toot jati h kindly iska b bta de. Roof plaster ki mazdoori ziada hoti is wja se mehngi par jati lekin taeka hai mazdoori count to wese hi nh honi.. agr nahi krwate tb b taekedar ne paisay lene hn or agr krwate hn tb b lene hn.. bs yehi confusion ho ri thora mazeed detail se bta de ta k mjh decision lene me asani ho

      @@sheikhwaqar97 bhai ceiling tiles lgwa lo. false ceiling ki koi gurrantee nae...agr nami hai tu 5 saal ke baad fade hona shoro hojata hai aor paint ka khrcha bhi boht ata hai aor 5 saal baad phr dobara krna prhega..waise life around 10-15 yrs hoti hai. aor agr kal ko chath mai kch kaam krna hoa like Ac pipe chath se nekalna ho etc tu wo nae kr skenge q ke wo false ceiling khrb hogi.. ceiling tiles lgwa le...jldi kaam bhi hojayega within few days aor age bhi 25 saal tk hoti ..paint ka bhi khrcha nae..aor chath mai kaam (conenctions/drills etc) bhi kr skte hai...

    Sir me 5 marla ready ghar lena chah raha tha isb me but without lawn ghar ghar nahi lagta to mene kanal zameen lay li hay jis ko me mera irada hay 10 marla ghar ka or 10 marla parking or lawn k liye
    Q k mere irada or pese 5 marla k thay
    Ab mere pas total 70 lakh bachay hain
    Or me ghar banana bhool chuka hun q k mujhe nahi lagta k ban sakta ghar.

    Knowledgeable video as always. Sir I have a 1 question to ask, why you always insist to own a personal home? Why IAM asking this ? Is that my father in law is still living in a rented house. And after every 2 to 3 years he moves towards new location. Financially he is strong no more liability of family. When we all son in laws argue with him for not owning a home in his entire life he always reply why should I waste my money n time

      I totally respect his opinion but i have a different thought. You don't need to waste your time if you find a reliable person in making it and if he would have bought a house, it would not only have saved him rent but would have also increased exponentially
