One special technique I'll be demonstrating is for the dinosaur footprint cookie. By using a very thick icing and placing crumpled parchment paper on top, then letting it dry overnight, I achieve a super textured look that’s perfect for this design. It's a very cool tip that adds an extra touch to your cookies!
