What up, Squad! What ever happened to the hype of this mod? Was it all the new trimmers being released? These trimmers are super dope with the mod. Let me know what you think?

Thanks for making this video. IMHO, Andis dropped the ball by not officially releasing a full size T outliner width blade for the slimlines. For me, the hardest part about doing the mod was lengthening the holes with the drill. Looked super easy in other videos, but took me forever to get just right.

Man, I'm all over the place trying to start my cordless arsenal. Im currently using oster 76 to debulk, then im using fast feeds and t-outliners, both zero gapped with omnicord ceramic blades and grips. My fast feeds and t-outliners 15 yrs old, and 76 11 yrs old. It wasn't til the babyliss pro kit got my attention, im considering a backup arsenal and I want it to be cordless

I have a slimline gtx and didn’t like it. Mainly because I could’nt remove bulk with it. Even on my beard! But I kept it and once I zero gapped it I started using it more even though I had an fx3, which is my favorite trimmer. Lately I bought an li blade for trimming my beard, and I really liked it. So, I just ordered about her slimline, so I can have both an li and a gtx blade just for lining up. So know your tools and what they’re capable of. I use my Wahl balding clipper for removing bulk. Great video by the way! Subscribed!

I also cant find information on whether there are bigger sized guards available for them as 10mm is too short. Do you happen to have used the guards in them and can you tell me if they wont fall off or something? Just opened it back up and realized that It was rubbing on the blade. Ended up using the original T-guide that came with the slimline. Everything seems to fit better. I was also able to tighten the blade tight and the trimmer doesn’t seem to struggle and runs a lot smoother now. May look into ordering a new slimline pro li and a GTX blade.
