Question: I learnt that men are the maintainers and protectors of women based on the verse in the Quran. So does seeking of sustenance apply to women the same way it does to men?

No doubt there are differences. As the shaykh began to note around the 8:20 mark, there are many ways that sisters can permissibly engage in business and they differ from the ways legislated for men. Not only that, but for a man it is obligatory to seek this rizq meanwhile a woman has that right from her husband. He owes her clothing and sustenance within reasonable means. I would recommend emailing the brothers at DUS da'wah for more detail. Their emails is in the descriptions of their UA-cam vids including this one. Be patient as they're busy and may take some time to answer.

Pls Can we have some videos what kind of trading is permissible ? . What kind of trading is good . Coz people do a lot of trading today nowadays. But so far the most viable options like forex trading , crypto or stocks they are all haram . So what can we trade ?
And yes it is true that working for someone aka Company nowadays which is not good to workers is like being a slave . they can be fired at any time and they have to work overtime nowadays without extra pay. Offcourse we shouldn't say such a person is slave.

What should i do if i earned haram income?
Should i keep it, give it or can i spend it on something permissible for busniess ect?
I believe haram money should be given away in sadaqah, in charity in order to get rid of it. However, Allah knows best I am but a layman.

I just looked it up and the consensus is on that, if you didnt know the income or the money you have was Haram and you found out later, it's ok, you dont have to do anything, but if you knew you then have to give it away in charity, building a mosque, giving it in sadaqah etc,
