I'm far from being able to afford luxury goods, I'm just along for the ride here. And I really appreciate what you said about the relative importance of luxury items during these hard times. It was a pleasure watching your video I took my bag to the Chanel store at Phipps Plaza Saks Fifth Avenue after it sat there for 2 months a little more they said that they couldn't fix the bag the reason why it's because they no longer have the hot pink fabric so they mailed the bag back to me This truly is a real joke I am so disappointed

I’m wondering if they asked you to show receipt or card to repair the bag. I don’t know how old my chanel bag and the location that the previous owner bought it.
Is it okay to tell them I bought it from someone?

Do you think it could stand the test of “everyday” time… or do you think the leather is too soft? You bag looks huge ( which is a drawing point for me)… can you provide your measurements? I love and am carrying it right now. It’s a big bag, holds a ton, even an iPad and small laptop. I’m tall: 5’11 a d it’s perfect. I tie a twilly on it for a pop of color.

Did they actually replace the strap for $125!? Wow. I thought Chanel had a 10 yr repair policy.
They took care of it perfectly. Took some time but I can't complain at all about the process.
