Found for ordering on GameStop website today, and here in Texas they are popping up in store! Never thought of looking at GameStop for Bey's before, but that's the trick right now!
Both companies beyblades are made in the same factory, so I'd expect them to be the same. Still very happy about this though, knowing Hasbro's previous history with Beys.

Takara wanted to improve over what people complained about Hasbro during last releases, Takara is keeping control over the manufacturing, and it looks like also keeping prices more reasonable!
it’s actually better for them to be smaller in this case. It allows them to be faster and allows for more dynamic and fun blade designs. also, hasbro tends to cheap out on the quality of bigger beys because more material is necessary.
