For the 12 mark questions,if the question ask for advantages and disadvantages , do 8 just have to write one point for each,i mean, one advantages and one disadvantages and be able to get the 12 mark? Or do i have to write more than one.
If you write the correct calculations/formula you can be rewarded marks even if you get the wrong answer, so I advise students to write the calculations as an insurance policy. If you make a mistake you will still be awarded some marks.
Good question, working is usually recommended in specific calculation questions. In 12 mark questions there is no specific guidance in the mark scheme for awarding marks based on workings.

isn't the formula to calculate profit total revenue-total cost why at 2:08 did you do gross profit -costs to calculate profit
It is gross profit - expenses to calculate profit. By calculating both gross profit and profit margins you'll have much more to analyse and evaluate.
