When I was growing up in church (shut up) many Christians did not like Stryper. They called them blasphemers and false prophets. I still bought their albums. This song came out a few weeks ago. Michael's vocals are still so strong. Love this song.🤘💜🤘

Most of their fans at concerts are non-believers that were introduced to Christianity through the lyrics. The lead singer Michael Sweet said they wrote "To Hell With The Devil" (1986) because kids needed to hear their hard rock/metal/hair bands, but Stryper wanted to give that music in a positive way.

God spoke, “Ex Nihilo” and made something out of nothing, Also, if you’re an atheist why say it? Nothing gained by it. However, most say it and try to prove the non existence of God, but they’re only proving the point that there is a God. Lee Strobel set out to prove God didn’t exist and in his efforts he became a Christian. “The case for a Creator.” What do you have to lose? Give it a look see.
And trust me, I’m not trying to be a jerk. I truly care for people and hope one day you’ll see just how much Jesus loves you and you’ll accept Him as Lord. Changed my life forever!
Look around the world we live in. Trees, birds, animals and all of the things in the heavens above. The sun the moon and all of the stars. All of these things were created just as you were. Something cannot come from nothing. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Really think about it. Forever is a long time. Where does one want to spend it?
Stryper are at their most powerful here. have been listening to these guys from the beginning and still love everything they did. Stryper's 'Against the law' was so highly underrated.
Stryper as in Isaiah 53 I believe like hundreds of years before Jesus prophecy but by his stripes we are healed mentions so that can be spiritual or physical stripes
