Take my advice. Throw the damn thing out your window an run it over till it is completely destroyed. Every single time I go to use the stupid printer. Same issues over an over an over.. printer unable to connect to hp smart app through cord or wifi. But I can print just fine using the cord however each time I want to scan a document I have to re get the wifi password each time. So annoying. Trust me destroy it is the best solution actually the only solution and buy a different printer. Btw I've owned this printer since day one an bought a new one of the same model. No change.
