Happy birthday...that roasted garlic looked so so so yummy. Sorry your experience wasn't what you expected...girl $12 for the s'mores you know how many s'mores you can make at home for that amount!!! LOL...sooo you are on a getaway and you have to change your own bedsheets sounds like being home!!!

Happy Birthday. 🎂🎈. Service has been subpar since the start of the pandemic. We have a week in a condo. No service during the whole week and they expect us to strip the bed and pick up the condo before we leave.
Oh wow! That's crazy! I don't understand the lack of service. They want us(consumers) to pay full price but expect or really give us half the service and experience. It's mind boggling really.

For a place to "look" like a nice 5 star sounds like the person in charge of that hotel doesn't care at all about his guest, the exact ones he should be catering too. I believe I would definitely write a letter to corporate explaining all the things that should have been so much better for a paying guest.
Gotta say you did have a great attitude about it all.
I do have one suggestion on the video. The music was very loud compared to when you were talking so I was considering turning the volume up (to hear you) then down (so the music wasn't blasting) through the entire video. I will add that I am not a UA-camr so I don't know if that is something that you have any control over or while editing you can tell. I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Been going back and forth about spending my birthday there and your video affirmed my hesitation to do so. Based on all the videos I’ve watched, i just didn’t see the value.

It’s crazy because isn’t there a $49 service fee which includes access to the pool and they have it looking like that. Smh
I'm honestly not sure but if they do that definitely makes my experience worse lol.
You used the word annoyed? I would have been furious at the lack of service provided. You really should write the corporate office and itemize all the things that were wrong. Maybe you could get some type of refund or gift card to the winery or something like that. I know you enjoyed alone time with your hubby and you deserved it.
