Hey, for investors or business people yes, but there’s nothing like employment visa named “freelance” these kind of visas are normal employment visa given (sold) by individuals but you cannot work anywhere on this visa. Employment visa is only processed by a given company employing you and it’s illegal to work in any other place as long as your contract is active.
