All depends on how much you're willing to adjust the governor spring. It's not recommended to adjust it too far. As you could starve the engine for oil for lack of a better way of describing it. I've adjusted mine a bit from factory. With 2 adults im running about 25mph.
Awesome video, thanks for taking the time to do the in-depth review. I am trying to figure out what cart you bought...I don't see it on the Yamaha website. You have a 6 passenger car, with two rows forward and one row reverse. How were you able to configure it that way? I am in the market, any info is much appreciated!
It's really just a seater facing forward and had the dealer add the rear facing seat kit. The 4 seats facing forward is called a concierge 4. Adding the rear facing seat kit was pretty cheap. Upgrading the seats and upholstery was pretty cheap too. So ordered through and installed at our yamaha dealer in tulsa oklahoma. Is really recommend upgrading the seats. It's a world of difference when it comes to comfort. Any more questions just ask. :Nic
We towed it with our other truck on a flat bed trailer. The plan for the future is to go 5th wheel so we can legally tow doubles. In our state we can tow double with a travel trailer, if the over all rig stays under a set length. Or current camper is too long to double.
But it's not a VW !! (LOL) I can picture an Eos hardtop convertible golf cart. You'll need party lights, flags for the back, cup-holders for those rear seat drinkers and tire chains for winter driving!
