Knitting Granite Stitch - Old Granite Stitch Knitting Pattern

A classic stitch, the granite stitch (old granite, since it’s been knitted for a long time), is a great go-to textured knitting stitch. Simple and easy.
Granite Stitch (Knit)
Use the needles that the yarn calls for.
Multiple of 2 (even number)
Cast on your stitches any way you wish.
Repeat from * to
Row 1.- Knit
Row 2.- *Knit 2 together
Row 3.- Knit the front and the back of each stitch
Row 4.- Purl
