Just bought a new guitar today in advance of my 40th later this year (we're officially getting old) one ofnthe 3 i was looking at was an epiphone les paul custom pro but it went very quick (£300 so not surprising) but ive just picked up an immaculate schecter demon 6 fornthe same price... wife wont let me have it until septemeber though 😢. Pretty chuffed with it and its probably good to have another non les paul again at last seeing as i still have my gibson lp studio. Still enjoying your chanel and its improving all the time. Dude i bought my guitar from told me about the digitech drop pedal. Might save me buying a 7 string further down the line, as my resident pedal officianado whats your take on them. Just rewatched a year and half in the life of metallica again. Good times.
Awesome mate. Nothing like a new guitar. My local shop just started stocking schecters, I’ll have to go in and check them out. I’ve not tried the drop pedal but have heard good things. Last week That Pedal Show interviewed Chris Shiftlett from the Foo Fighters on his solo tour. He had one on his board so he didn’t have to bring loads of guitars with him. It seemed to track flawlessly. Only demoed it for a second but give it a watch. Also, I watched year and a half part 2 last week 😆 Thanks for watching and commenting mate!
I think at this point we need a guitar collection video :) just started this video. the more I play the more I am convinced players make guitars cool and not the other way around
Haha well there's still one guitar yet to be filmed and it takes me a while to find time to make videos but I will definitely do a collection one when all the individual ones are finished. Really appreciate you watching them. I'm sure most people would make my guitars sound much better than I do! 😆
I have a epiphone les paul custom pro 2014 ..does not have the switch for out of phase control ...weird but I still love it . got it for $ 350 dollars US from a pawn shop several years ago..it still looks new except a little yellowing on the topside of the body it is my favorite .. my second favorite is a wildkat epiphone 2016 model ( I got it new from guitar center ) great guitars don't have to be expensive.
mine is manufactured on 2012.11.15, an ebony one, with no phase control either. i remember the probucker pickups were just came out or sort. i bought it new with 4200RMB in China, something around 570 usd i guess. i love this guitar so so much, it sounds good and plays good, after all this years, still sounds good and plays good and still in great condition.
Nice, you took the scratch plate off. I did the same with mine. Looks great without it. Mine's gone a similar colour. They don't stay white for long. 😂
have a 2013 myself. Ripped out electronics and put duncan alnico 2 cts etc.. put the probuckers in my 2017 ltd ed korina explorer. those probuckers sound great. not into coil split crap at all!! Thats such a gimmick.
I'm in the bath and i'm very much naked watching this. Hope that's ok.... In other news - I keep hoping for a Crowes Riff in these videos ..... Awesome none the less tho :). Oh and Curts are 10's to 48's - Which is odd. Really should be 49. To me they didn't feel as good under the fingers as D'adds - But really popped live

It has the same G string issue that every Les Paul has. But other than that I have no complaints
