I’m sure what Raiden hates the most is knowing all his friends including himself had died and Shao Kahn took over Earth, he then tried to fix the timeline, Shao Kahn was destroyed in the end, but it caused his friends and allies to have to suffer a fate worse then death. That must be a heavy burden to carry.

I feel as if the costumes should have even switched. Present day raiden’s outfit should have been for the flashback and his outfit in the flashback for modern day
@@bighead8060 and technically, raiden shouldn't even be with Kung lao and liu kang, since raiden was the one who sent them and would have been with jax and johnny cage during jax's chapter in mk9, which is where the flashback takes place in... netherrealm studios can't even keep up with its own continuity. XD
MK vs DC - He was beaten by Batman, Shazam, Superman MK9 - He was beaten by Shao MKX - He was beaten by Shinnok(twice) MK11 - He was defeated by Kronika(twice), Scorpion
I know at least restore one of them in the main story along with sub zero, Scorpion and Jax. Kung Lao he would abandon his arrogance after all he’s been through and become a mentor to Kung Jin and the next generation

But yea i feel MKX made liu kang the most evil. i mean in his tower ending made him the ruler of netherrealm, like even normal liu kang is evil. I can't help but wonder if they aren't revenents, will they forgive raiden or still hold a grudge..like is this how they truly feel
It is very sad when raiden has to fight the two people close to him that he considers that are like sons, and you can just tell he feels lots of guilt for the mistakes he made in mk 9, and him trying to reach out to both Liu kang and Kung Lao is just heartbreaking
@@invixfusion7111 the messed up thing is, they make think it’s fault (which technically isn’t). Kung Lao’s death wasn’t foreseen at all. Liu Kang got in Raiden’s way and tried to attack Raiden, but he defended himself. If you play the story on MK11, the past versions of the shaolin monks get the drift
