- Hey everyone I really hope you all enjoy the video. Please leave a comment if there is anything that I can help you out with or that wasn't very clear.
Something that I failed to mention is a great website that ultimately helped me figure out some of my weak aura questions is wago.io/weakauras. if you have any specific class questions I would take a look at this website and copy their import strings. this is what I had done to learn about the combo points. once you figure out what you need just delete all of the info that you copied and make your own set up.
5 years later and this video still comes up as the simplest and best explanation, just did this almost exactly, thanks!
You did an excellent job with this. I liked the way you explained it and demonstrated it--to the point, with the how and why. Some guides seem to be more about the UA-camr demonstrating that he knows how to set something up (or with class guides, that he can read Icy Veins).

Super helpful vid, used for my rogue to setup my CP and By the end I was able to group my CP and energy into 1 set however the black ground did not work as far as the >=0 option. If I set one of my Cp to that it jsut remained black. Is there another setting that was changed outside of the >= 0 for that option? Hopefully hat made sense. Thanks alot for this cause even if I cant get the black background for my CP this still works wonders and I will use for DK for runic power.

For wow classic u will find it Type > player/unit info > Power
Sorry if I sound stupid, but how did you get the combo point circles under your nameplate and middle of screen to begin with, this video just shows more complexity after the fact, can you do a tutorial from the very start? Thanks
the name plates is an addon I no longer use and forgot the name off. Look for name plate addon that may do this in Curse forge
I'm trying to build one that plays a tone when I hit 5 points, but it sounds as soon as it loads instead of when it hits 5.
ok so you will want to make a brand new WA, i would name (CB 5 or something like that) anyhow with the new WA go to the trigger tab and click stack count. I have one on my monk and just make it so the sound =4 (sound happens after the CB so just set it to the one before 5; no sure how it will work with feral crits that will go from 3-5 but should still work let me know). the specific sound is in the actions tab and play sound then pick a sound you want.

I wanted the old 5 combo point pop up (< 5 Combo Points!! >), but i have no succes in it, i need the animation that is used to it in classic and wotlk. Any idea?
How do you make your combo points so big? Is that with this add-on or something separate?
the options to make the combo points bigger is in the display options of weak auras (the height and width).
