Bardees 2800 cfs 1.25.25

Mike texted me at 8 am about Bardees. I never heard of the run before. By 8:50 we were carpooling to North Fork Feather. American Whitewater read up was for 500 cfs and I had no idea what to expect at 2800 cfs. Mostly thought it would be washed out. It ended up being a really good pushy class 4 run with not nearly as many consequences as sections further upstream ive boated like cresta, lobin and tobin. Can't wait to get on bardees again. Today American Whitewater says bardees section is 22k+ cfs. Only so many rivers, but infinite flows.
