Ocean Drive is so sleazy, and gets more so every year, locals avoid it, especially from 8th to 13th Streets. I work at 10th and Ocean at the Art Deco Welcome Centre. Also people here and the visitors mainly wear masks, very naughty as the numbers are going up all the time here.

Get the vaccine and go!! I just did and I had the same goal of visiting one day, renting a car etc since I was a little kid around the same age and I'm 32 now! It was awesome and I did not regret any of it! You can get a 5 day airbnb, car rental on Turo for like $300 plus a plane ticket if you're traveling alone or damn naer close to that with a partner. Some pretty good deals on expedia too with everything including the flight, just some shittier hotels for that price. then all you gotta do is pay for food really. Or you can skip the car rental and use the currently free bus system. If you're vaccinated you should be good. I was half vaxxed and walked around with people blowing weed smoke on me and stuff and within 6 ft. of my space outside all the time and I barely wore a mask and was fine. Inside places you have to wear a mask because of business rules. I believe if you are healthy and vaccinated, there is almost no threat to your well being if you are being smart.

Well, it just so happened we were doing a business haul for an incredibly wealthy jewish gentleman renowned in Miami. So we called him up, explained we were in a pickle, he came down, Saleed's eyes bugged out. "Papa Gene" handed him an easy $200 of hush money told him something like, "oh the damage isnt all _that_ bad, now..." and we went on our merry way. Gene took us out to some wonderful places that night, everywhere we went he was treated like he freaking owned the place. He lived in those Champlain condos that collapsed - only a certain "type" of person could live there - religious / ethnic minority. The apartments were also staffed with a specific type of people, namely Blacks and Cubans. Miami is how people like Papa Gene want the world to be, a multicultural hellhole where money talks and the only people with money are the crooked two percent, who are served at their every whim by a majority of dark skinned "minorities" where "normal" or "average" Americans don't really exist, or are heroin addicted in the back alleys. So weird. I don't like Miami, but I'm having strange conflicting emotions against memories watching this 🤪

And the heiyth, even in comparison to the ten year old, chubby kid watching.. ver-ry low. The taillights pass with a bull emblem in the middle. Slightly visible in the dark of Friday night. A prowling Diablo! They're in pursuit of the weekend.. No more teachers!.. No more books!.. And it's covered in AMERICAN HORSEPOWER, and HOT ROD CHROME! At the local burger joint.
