A patient with complete placenta previa and focal accreta at 26 weeks of pregnancy, complicated by a bladder hematoma and 10 days of bleeding, underwent a successful surgery. The bladder hematoma was evacuated via cystoscopy, and a hysterotomy was performed with uterus preservation. The accreta was managed medically, demonstrating the exceptional skills of our medical team.
