ഇന്ന് (13-06-23) ചിക്കൻ പോക്സ് പിടിപെട്ടു ഇത് പതിനാറാം ദിവസം. ഞാൻ ഐസൊലേഷനിൽ കഴിയുന്ന മുറിയുടെ ഭിത്തികളിൽ വീട്ടിലെ കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങൾ വരച്ച സ്കെച്ച് പെൻ വരകളും, പെൻസിൽ വരകളും ഒക്കെയായി ആകെ ഭിത്തിമുഴുവൻ ചളിയുമാണ്. അപ്പോളാണ് ഞാൻ ചിന്തിച്ചത് വീട്ടിലെ കിടന്നുറങ്ങുന്ന രണ്ടു മുറികൾ സ്വന്ത മായി പെയിന്റ് അടിച്ചു ഭംഗിയാക്കിയാലോ എന്ന്. കാരണം കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളൊക്കെ ഇപ്പോൾ വലുതായി സ്‌കൂളിൽ പോകാൻ തുടങ്ങി ഇനി അവരതു വരച്ചു മോശമാക്കില്ല. അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ അന്വേഷണം തുടങ്ങി... പെയിന്റ്കളെപറ്റിയും, പെയിന്റിംഗ് ചിലവുകളെ പറ്റിയറിയാൻ പല വെബ് സൈറ്റുകളിൽ കയറി ഇറങ്ങി. അങ്ങനെ ഇവിടെ എത്തി (My Better Home).. സന്തോഷം.. പെയിന്റിംഗ് ന്റെ ഒരു സൂപ്പർ മാർക്കറ്റിൽ ചെന്നപോലത്തെ അനുഭവം.. താങ്കളുടെ പല വീഡിയോ ഞാൻ പലതവണ കണ്ടു മനസിലാക്കി. പെയിന്റ് കളുടെ പേരുകളും, അവയുടെ വിലയും, അവയുടെ ഉപയോഗങ്ങളും, ഓരോ കളറിനും എത്ര sqare feet കിട്ടും എന്നൊക്കെ മനസിലാക്കി ഒരു ബജറ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ഈമാസം ഇരുപതാം തീയതിയെ എന്റെ ഐസൊലേഷൻ തീരുകയുള്ളു. എന്നിട്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു മനസിലാക്കിയ അറിവ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എനിക്ക് സ്വന്തമായി വീട് പെയിന്റ് ചെയ്യണം. സ്നേഹത്തോടെ.. സന്തോഷത്തോടെ.. ശ്യാംപ്രസാദം മാവേലിക്കര

I have heard the calculation is based on no. Of points rather than square feet rate as you mentioned earlier .. like switch box installation, switch Installation, light/fan Installation, dB installation, camera points, ... Also plumbing required stages like underground pipe laying till waste pits..cutting for plumbing in bathrooms , concealed flush tanks etc till finishing like pipe installation, washbasin / WC Installation etc... Also kitchen related plumbing, water tank connection etc

നല്ല അവതരണം.ഉപകാരം ഉള്ള video ആണ്. പക്ഷേ painter മാർക്ക് colour തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാൻ കഴിവില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് തെറ്റാണ് ,അവരല്ലെ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ colour കാണുന്നതും അടിക്കുന്നതും, ഇപ്പോളാണ് പലകളരുകളും കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ മിക്സിങ്ങും എല്ലാം വന്നത് നേരത്തെ painter മാർ സ്വന്തമായി colour കൂട്ടി എടുക്കുവായിരുന്നു,വർഷങ്ങളുടെ experianc ഉള്ള,colour cence ഉള്ള ഒത്തിരി painter മാർ കേരളത്തിലും പുറത്തും ഉണ്ട്,paint അടിക്കുമ്പോൾ വീട്ടുകാരുടെ അഫിപ്രായം ചൊതിക്കേണം.
അവരെ (painter)മറക്കരുത്,അവർക്ക് educaction കുറവായിരിക്കും,അവർക്ക്,civil engineering ഒന്നും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും,degree ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും colour cence ഉണ്ട്,ഒരു ചിലർക്ക് ഇല്ലാരിക്കും,അത് മൊത്തത്തിൽ വരില്ല.

I want to exactly how electrical and plumbing labor is calculated from start of a new house (foundation laying onwards).. as they are required in different stages of construction starting from providing cieling points onwards.. I have heard the calculation is based on no. Of points rather than square feet rate as you mentioned earlier .. like switch box installation, switch Installation, light/fan Installation, dB installation, camera points, ...
Also plumbing required stages like underground pipe laying till waste pits..cutting for plumbing in bathrooms , concealed flush tanks etc till finishing like pipe installation, washbasin / WC Installation etc...
Also kitchen related plumbing, water tank connection etc
