Ingredients
200 grams tofu(cut into cubes)
garlic
onion
chili (red and green)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp calamansi extract
salt and pepper
cornstarch
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Procedure
1. Dry and cut into cubes the tofu. Coat with cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Fry and set aside.
2. Mix in a separate bowl, mayonnaise, calamansi,oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
3. Sauteed onion, garlic and chili.
4. Add the mixture with the sauteed onion, garlic and chili, then add the fried tofu.
5. Serve.
