DM-2 iss nothing but a sales job,bank gives the designation as DM-2 but its actually Relationship manager job which involves all and out sales only. So its better to interview someone who is already working in the bank rather than a selected candidate. Yes different department is there like mortage,commercial business which are good department but wealth and trade is the worst one to get, which involves selling of credit card,FD,gold loan,SIP and mostly involves filed work like a LIC agent
