I notice Marco does a masterful phrasing of scales by keeping tempo constant up the scale until the last two notes where he slows down, the last two notes, almost inaudible, sound like a singer's phrasing. The listener strains to hear these last two notes. Brilliant!
Hey Marco, I have been through a lot of Appergio lessons on UA-cam, but this is the best I have seen so far. Because your methods of teaching and the techniques you use are by far the best I have seen on UA-cam. I had a of trouble understanding how to form arpeggios, and this lesson is EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING and I thank you.
One of the clearest explanations of arpeggios I've seen. Not discussed in the video, but equally impressive is the right hand palm muting technique to keep unwanted strings from ringing out. Well done!
Marco: Thank you. As others said your explanation was the clearest and easiest to understand. Other UA-camrs rip around the guitar neck and tell you to memorize the triads shapes, but they don’t tell you how to form them and connect them all together to play a song… trying to memorize similar 3 note triad shapes all over the guitar neck is the worst dyslexia nightmare …keep up the good work Sir !
Ciao Marco, ti ho scoperto per caso qui su youtube, ho da poco ricominciato a suonare la chitarra e sono stupefatto dalla semplicità con cui spieghi, grazie per il materiale che pubblichi, per me è davvero una manna dal cielo
THANK YOU!!! You've given examples, but also kept an eye those examples being musical and immediately usable. The sound quality of the video is also top shelf!
You're definitely crossing me up once again, Marco!! I cannot discern if I get more from your equally fantastic acoustic lessons or more electric blues/rock concepts!! Jim C.
These are the very things I’ve been studying for the last six months. You put this together beautifully. Thank you for sharing this amazing lesson. Subscribed 💯👍🎸
Depends really, reverb can help arpeggios sound beautifully backed. with for example, the strymon big sky, its like playing alongside the chords, I love it anyway . @@PowuhToSeven
Hi. Superb lesson. A simple chord progression can be enhanced to such a great level. This shows your guitar expertise. I loved this lesson and the superb sounding arpeggios. ❤
I tend to go down rabbit holes of shred licks and speed workouts, always falling short and feeling like I'll never learn to play them cleanly. Marco videos help me recover my confidence by focusing on melody, tone, note choice and beauty.
A "lesson" is supposed to be hard work, but you know how to make it pure pleasure! Everything you touch, acoustic or electric, is so musical. Thank you
That song was not created by him, Andy timmons wrote it. This is frustrating when people plagiarize. I hope he did not intend to lead people to believe he created that song.
Wow a great lesson that I have been looking for. Previously other chord tone lessons seemed very difficult for me but in this video you made it very easy to follow.
Excellent tutorial! Thank you. One question : when the root note is on the 6th string I note that you play the root then the 4th then back to the root and then 2nd 3rd and 5th. Whereas when the root note is on the 5th string you play the root and the 5th below then back to the root then 2,3, and 5
love this lesson, but Ireally liked the full neck diagrams of the chords more than the tabs you gave, i found myself taking pictures of those and copying them to paper...
I really like your videos in this format because I am eager to improvise on guitar. To me, it was new that you add 9th degree. What is the function of this note in arpeggio? Is it just for approach? I suppose if you play 3rd degree not on the same string with root note, but on the next you would play 4th degree as a approach note for perfect 5th?
Sir would u plis rearrange your videos in the playlist from beginner to intermediate and so ...as Im just starting to learn I dnt know with to start with and what next ...
How do you get your clean tone. Is it through your amp or amp sim. Or does your guitar produce the clean tone. I enjoyed your video. Gonna add you to my list of go to instructors. Good job. Cheers from California.

He did not make this up. This song was made by andy timmons!!!

Wow, this opened up so much new stuff for me! Thank you for your awesome lessons!
THANK YOU!!! You've given examples, but also kept an eye those examples being musical and immediately usable.

I’m nominating this lesson as the No.1 lightbulb moment in guitar tuition history. In the future bronze statues will be resurrected in Marcos honour.
You're definitely crossing me up once again, Marco!! I cannot discern if I get more from your equally fantastic acoustic lessons or more electric blues/rock concepts!! Jim C.

That reverb tail will be continued into the next video. 🤭😂
😂
Come on man! 😂😂😂😂😂

Yeah bro why do people need a pool filled with reverb?

Hauntingly beautiful Marco. You are gifted and are a gift. Thank you for what you do.

It's always fun & enjoyable to learn from your each & every lesson, keep things simple but man fantastic melody ingredients. Thank you Sir.

What are those backing tracks where it's just a tone being played, like on a synth? Nice and light. What should I search for? Great vid by the way
Wow what kinda tone is this. I want to try to find something similar on my spark
How do you get your clean tone. Is it through your amp or amp sim. Or does your guitar produce the clean tone. I enjoyed your video. Gonna add you to my list of go to instructors. Good job.
Cheers from California.
This sounds like Andy Timmons’ “Here lies the heart”. Beautiful…
Good arpeggio lesson. I subscribed subscribed 🎸
