V used to get sad and cry when his dad go. whenever he was away from his family he was sad , and this was the thing he didn’t like most about the drom . He said all that here in this interview 0:23

I always felt Taehyung has a stronger personality and he is a self made man, he came so successful out of all the obstacles throughout and his parents support def played a great part. The guy you thought was his dad is Chef Baek Jong Won. Very famous. He's been on Run BTS several times. Once Jin went with Chef Baek to a market to buy things for a special dinner, and all the people at the market went nuts for Baek and completely ignored Jin. People were asking for selfies and the whole deal, while Jin just stood aside and regretted his life choices. It was pretty funny.

When Taehyung was a trainee and he phoned his father to say he couldn't continue it was too hard and his father simply said, if you want to give up that's fine, we'll find something else you can do. Tae's mum has made food for the others to take with them when they've been on car trips. Taehyung has said a few times that he wants a schedule to finish soon so he can go and see his parents after work. They look after Yeontan most of the time for him too. They seem a close knit family.
