It is easy to get along with a person this kind, meek and respectful. He also loves to be goofy so his laugh and smile obviously makes them comfortable and they probably feel the need to return the courtesy to him as he is easy to love really. Taehyung is lovely.
Tae definitely has a close relationship with the staff. Really I think all the members are really good to their staff and the staff seem to care about them beyond just a working relationship, especially the staff who have been there a long while. There's video of one of the staff crying when they won an award. You could tell he was just so proud of them.

His family wasn’t wealthy but his parents always encouraged him to follow his dream to make music. I just finished watch Run BTS EP. 146
V was the most fun memeber to watch because he had completely immersed hi self in the role The Warrior. BTS had to solve a mystery in a Traditional Korean Village and ea h member had 2 cameramen follow them through the Village. V asked his cameramen to call him "Master" he then proceeds to give the names 'Dolsoe' and 'Pandong'. I laughed because this made the other members believe Taehyung was the mafia because none of them knew who or what Dolsoe was and he kept saying it they though this was a secret only the mafia knew😂😂💜💜

That's what the staff do. These seven men are their sons, little brothers, family. Most of BH staff have been there since debut, so they were there always so they get to tease and baby them. You can easily tell if you watch RunBTS episodes. They make rules and change them on the fly so the guys don't lose so badly. It's super funny and cute. The one staffer you keep seeing WAS one of their bodyguards but it seems he's been promoted to Head of their Manager team because he goes with ALL of them. He took over for the guy on the amusement park ride with Tae. That was Sejin and he was their head manager for several years until Bang PD made him Head of ALL BH managers.
