Looking at the details of the strange Lion's🦁face makes me convince that he could be Zira's father because of the evil eyes, the mark on the head and the shape of the nose while personality matches Zira's.
3:30 Silly thought on my end with this clip but I wonder if Zira was lashing out and blaming Kovu for Nuka's death because she thought it was her fault. I mean Nuka wanted to earn his mother's approval and that drove him to take a very dangerous risk. I also find it ironic she claimed that Kovu killed his own brother, the intention may have been for there to be an equivalence to Scar but the way she said it makes me think she didn't realise what she was saying.
If this was true then it would explain was so loyal and obsessed with Scar. It still doesn't explain where she and her followers were during the first The Lion King when Simba was fighting Scar, or who Nuka, Vitani and Kovu's father is. The writers originally wanted to make Scar their father, and Zira Scar's queen but they decided to not do it because it would have been incest between Kiara and Kovu. So the best thing would be if Nuka, Vitani and Kovu's father was some lion who died before The Lion King II, and Zira's loyalty to Scar wasn't love but because she saw him as a savior who killed her abusive father. Zira and her followers also didn't live in the Pride Lands, but were visiting it from time to time when Scar was the king, and they were loyal to him, that would explain why they weren't in the Pride Lands when Simba was fighting Scar. All of that would answer the questions and fix the plot holes from The Lion King II.
I think this theory holds a lot more water than the theory about Vitanni being Scar and Nala's cub. It wasn't necessarily bad, but there were too many gaps and reaches in that particular video for my taste. But that's just me.
@lucindamobley5492 Vitani being Scar and Nala's cub would mean she is Kiara's half-sister and she would be blood related to Simba who's Nala's father. Not to mention that Scar and Nala having a cub would be the same as how Norman Osborn and Gwen Stacy had children in the Spider-Man comics, it's a big no.

Why is every lion king channel coming up with this same zira backstory and refusing to give their source? Did someone AI generate that story and did everyone else just run with it?
These are reasons when zira comes out in The Lion King 2 in the backstory of Scar. Did you know where Zira's mischievous was apprching and noticed where scar fulled down when Hyenas eat him there's is both scenes where scar was in the fire in Pride Rock and I seen zira in the water in The Lion King 2
