I wouldn't mind having one of these but by the time it gets where I am and have price markups for profit to those involved getting it here, it becomes too expensive for what it is. Some people still buy them, but I have never seen one in person. It does seem, based on videos, that a lot of people in the USA put ATV wheels on these things and drive it on the road. They're clearly asking for trouble as the ATV wheels are not rated to handle that much weight and aren't good for on-road use. They do it because it's way cheaper than buying proper street tires and they occasionally go off-road. If I could get any kei car I wanted, it would be a Honda Acty Street kei van from the early to mid 90s.

Can I use this mini van to drive around 80 miles every day in the highway?

The top speed of these things is not that great. You're asking for trouble pushing them to their limits every day.

How much would it cost to get one to Vancouver BC Canada

Don't know about there, but for the USA where I am it seems about $5K-$10K USD total to get one. You might can find cheaper, but maybe not. I presume it to be similar cost for you.
