Yup on average. If you go to posh ones with luxury amenities it can be way more than that. But that price is good enough to get you a decent apartment in a good neighborhood if you're not fancy.

I think a family of 4 here spends around the same as you or more depending on their lifestyle, $100 max for me is because I live alone and also I'm kinda frugal😅 but also that amount doesn't include utilities and gas.
