I made ginger beer last summer and was left with lots of fermented ginger pulp. The fermented pulp is still good almost a year later though most of it is gone. I just used a spoon full of pulp any time I needed to cook with ginger.

I’ve always wondered what T&T stands for.. it turns out it’s a reference to the founders two daughters, Tina and Tiffany!! Interestingly, Tina is now the head of the company 😅

OMG I was at my Asian store Saturday and I stood in front of bean thread noodles and couldn't remember which one I liked either! 🤣🤣🤣 I didn't get any as I still have a couple bunches left in the one I have, but you saying that cracked me up. Missed Bean noises in this video, but still always enjoy yours. 💜💜💜

The dessert tofu/fresh soft tofu is do fu fa in Cantonese. It means tofu flowers: no one has given me a good answer on why
I live near that store. It is often very busy. I haven't been in it, it didn't look overly plant based from the outside. Obviously I was wrong.

Is the disodium inosinate in the Mama noodles vegan? That ingredient usually comes from animals but I know they can make it from seaweed too.
