R9’s card has definitely been nerfed, I did have him before and he was really good but after some time he became heavy and he kept losing the ball.
I got 101 r9 in my team i think he's ball control is lowed by ea he don't feel so good as before I also got 102 cruyff now he is very smooth for all.Try him RK it's a good option
