This lady had no ego - instructed her staff to make the sale. Waited patiently for the (very long sale) to go through. Walked w/no problem to the poster and then followed what it said. I’ve been watching a lot of auditing videos and I gotta say that it was refreshing seeing someone actually taking the time to read the rules that governs them, and also taking the time to be educated. She passed with flying colours.

Supervisor is a very nice and professional lady. She started out wrong but see was going off of her poor postal training. I'm sure she will educate her staff about filming in the post office. Nice to see a public servant not going crazy and calling the police.
Living in Joliet great to see that the supervisor there at the post office acted in a professional manner and didn’t restrict your movements inside the lobby area. She was willing to learn and was very cordial and I’m sure she probably forwarded her interaction with you to the employees as well.
I appreciate this auditor for being the advocate rights of minorities folks not just for the sake of his but for everyone. Not just there to stir up trouble just make some money but to do it for cost just to help EXPOSE CORRUPT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
So two things off the top of my head one wow that’s a first someone that was very kind and actually read the rules to that was the longest transaction for a stamp I’ve seen in my entire time of watching audits
She seemed like a pretty good boss. Not quick to judge and takes the time to look at the facts. She seemed like a pretty good person. Thanks for watching!

Very refreshing to see post office employees doing the right thing. I just watched a new auditor get thrown down and kidnapped by police yesterday, at a post office. Kent, good job. I live in Quincy, let me know if I can help you out with a back up cam on any of your audits sometime.
I would share this if I had anyone to share it to. Unfortunately, everyone I normally have contact with, would not understand what’s going on. Wonderful video! 🖖
