Although I don't think that surah is talking about fortune telling. Its about sihr(magic). But I agree fortunr telling is mentioned in a hadith that it can even be kufr.
they are claiming to soothsay the future which they have no knowledge of, what extreme arrogance. sihr is the illusion of ignorant people thinking its divine miracles. May Allah destroy the magicians, soothsayers, satanists/mushrikeen, poets, possessed enemies of Allah, indeed they are all liars.
@@amirulafiq4371 no if you go to a fortune teller the hadith mentions that if ur just curious you'll prayer is not rewarded for 40 days. But if you go there beliving in what they say then you have committed kufr.
