- Rachel and David spent an entire month in Italy! We traveled all over the country by train!
This video is about our time spent exploring Altamura, where Rachel’s great grandfather lived before immigrating to the United States!
David is a Travel Nurse, and Rachel is an Online Teacher. We have been traveling the USA and the world since we got married in September, 2016.
We will be posting more videos of our past and present adventures.

I think that bruschetta was awesome because of the Altamura bread used for it, and also because tomatoes in Southern Italy are something else!
Cool! Thanks for those insights. And thanks for watching! Everything we had in Altamura was great.
Great job filming gorgeous Altamura! My family is from there too. I hope you do more videos from Altamura. Much more to see there. Very well done. Many thanks. Mario (My Italian name)
Thank you so much! We loved visiting Altamura. Unfortunately, that was probably a once in a lifetime visit. But we’d love to visit again one day! Thanks again for watching! Glad you liked it.

Cool! It’s a great little town! We totally wouldn’t have gone if it weren’t for Rachel’s heritage, but I’m so glad we did. Thanks for watching!
Hi, Love the video. My parents were born in altamura. Been there once, back in 1982. Hope to go back one day...

@@TravelingGlossers My dad passed away a few years, but my mom is 91 years old and still kicking... Would you mind letting me know your great grandfather last name or nick name ? They used nick names in those days to identify people. I would like to ask my mom whether she remembers your grandfather. thank you.
I hope you ate the typical Altamura's bread, my favourite in Italy, Greetimngs from Florence
I don’t think we did, unfortunately. We were only there for one day. Thanks for watching!
