Based on my experience ... ground eggshells are much more effective and simple type of fertilizer... just put pieces of ground eggshells in a 1 liter of water and leave it for 3 to 5 days and after i have watered my plants on the 5th day i will just pour a small amount of it directly onto roots ...

Correct me if i am wrong... i was told by a professional gardener where i used to buy plants that this kind of fertilizer called urea should not be sprayed on the leaves... just a small bits to be dissolved in water and then to be poured directly on the roots which he usually did...according to him the leaves will be damaged if you sprayed it directly on it.

If temperature is cool then use little quantity .

for an organic option, soak onion leaves/waste overnight. Filter the tea in the morning and spray on plants and water it as well. Very effective for getting big leaves on money plant.

Disagree, urea is only nitrogen, better to use complete fertilizers named nitrogen, phophorus, and potassium (NPK). Such as NPK 14-14-14 or NPK 16-16-16 or NPK 19-19-19 or NPK 20-20-20. The numbers are the percentage composition of the said fertilizers. Anything for these four will do. Start to put some granular fertilizers like a tablespoon (not full) in that pictured plant in the soil then water everyday or every other day or depend on the climate. This pattern is best to fertilize the plant gradually specially for the first timer so as not to hurt the plant from over fertilizing.

For foliage plants like money plant, urea (nitrogen) is the main requirement since nitrogen is the one responsible for lush growth of leaves. If you have other plants like fruits and flower plants, then phosphorus is necessary. Potassium (as far as I know) is for good root growth and making the plant disease resistant.
