Thanks for another great knitting pattern! I'm still working on the Lacey Leaf pattern that I am making as a wrap :)
Thank you for teaching this beautiful herringbone lace shawl. I Love Lionbrand! Be well, be safe, stay kind!
This looks so complicated. I hope it’s easier than it looks. I love your videos
Looks like it is. It’s a very repetitive pattern. I think that once you’ve got the repetition down, you’re golden.
I knit a lot of lace and this one looks like a stitch where in time, it’s easy to see what you need to do once you learn to recognise the stitches. And… it’s a beautiful shawl. I think I’m going to make it with some laceweight yarn I’m spinning up.
I like to knit as well as crochet so this is right up my alley and it’s beautiful ❤️thk you ❤❤
Really a nice pattern! Love it, thank you 🙏🏻 😊
I just now bought the pattern on your Etsy shop! Can't wait to get started on it! Thanks, Craig!!!! Much love from Kentucky!
Beautiful! Can’t knit but thank you!
Love it!! Can't wait to make it.
This is just gorgeous!
❤ love the design.
You are such a fantastic teacher ❤ I'm going to add this to my make list!
This is sooooooooooo beautiful ❤️
This is a Beautiful shawl!!!
Thank you so much for sharing.
You have inspired me to make this shawl. God Bless 💕👍
Love it. Cant wait to make it.
This is so gorgeous I had to get olive and Amethyst to make it for my mom and myself. ❤❤❤❤
You make this look like something I could do. I learned to knit years ago but pretty much stay with crochet. Maybe I'll give it a try.
Is there anything you can't do? Cooking? Knitting Crochet story reading oh my goodness you do it all!
There's plenty that I can't do, trust me. As much as some other crafts appeal to me (woodworking, leatherworking, glass crafting, etc) I tend to avoid crafts that involve tools that I can accidentally maim myself with. 😁
Nice pattern! Thanks
Beautiful. Caught my eye right away. Any chance of creating a pattern for us crochet people?
Love it! ❤❤❤ Pound of love is my fav too 😊
Thank you going get my Yarn Yay 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣💃💃💃
Lovely! I'd like to give it a try!the
would love to see this in a crocheted pattern. 😊
I am so going to try this. I'm much better at crocheting than I am at knitting, but I'm going to give this a serious try.
That's the spirit! 😉

I've tried several times now and frogged it all. Every time I managed a bit further and I even managed to do up to and including row 13.
Those odd-numbered rows with purl stitches are a bit of a pain.
Could you perhaps elaborate a bit as to why you purl those? Can't it be done with knit stitches instead?
I'll try again tomorrow. Perhaps I'll make a simple swatch just to get the hang of those pesky purls.
Oh, and I learned a new cast-on method that is easier than the long tail cast on, so there's that at least. Cheers!
@stonytina5177 proud of you that you're trying! First off, use a Lifeline, it'll help prevent you from having to frog your work.

As for the purls, it creates the defined look of the lace. Yes, you could use knit stitches instead, but will look very different and the decrease ridges won't be as defined.
@@FiberSpider Thanks for the tip. The reason I frogged was because the stitches were not neat and regular enough to my own liking, but I will use s lifeline from now on. I also took the frogging as part of the exercise, a way to get comfortable with knitting.
I am definitely going to see this through and knit this lovely shawl.
Mükemmel olmuş, elinize emeğinize sağlık olsun, teşekkürler.🌹💐🌹💐🌹💐👍🙋
Vielen dank! 😊
Sadly, I don't knit. Don't have the dexterity for it. Wonder how it would look crocheted
Hi spider fiber how are you doing today iam doing fine today I knit but that looks very hard to do thank you for sharing stay safe ❤❤❤
Trust him. Why bother just give it a try? You can always take it out…
I do like the shawl unfortunately I don't knit thanks for the tutorial please do the crochet version when you you have some time
This is beautiful. I'm going to have to try this. For the circular needle cord length, how long of a cord would you suggest using in order to make sure there is enough room for the neck?
Thank you! My cord length was over 40" but could have used a shorter one. I like lots of wiggle room.
🙏🙏🙏💝
I know how to knit teach it but don’t like to do it hard on my Arthritis
👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️🇨🇭
🧶😍🥰👍❤️😘👏👏👏
I thought crochet.. 😮
It's knit i do not knit
Looks like a bikini bottom. And I don’t knit that much.
Oh. It's knit. I don't knit
I don't knit epithet and that looks too hard for me!
I tried for the better part of a decade to knit and failed every time
But with the help of fiber spider I finally got it. You just have to be more stubborn than the craft is hard.
Knitting is simple, the hardest part is learning how to hold everything and move the yarn along.
Watching videos is a huge help. And also watching videos on how to fix mistakes really saved me.
If you want to knit then binge his videos! You can do it ❤❤❤
