It's not anything really - I just like the ring of it and thought it was effective since it's a fairly common word without anything concretely attached to it - hopefully now stop motion will be attached with it! :) There's a Hesperia Street in my town which is probably why it stuck with me and after having thought of the name and doing some research I learned about the Greek nymph Hesperia in the garden of Hesperides.
