I was one of those simps who used to pay on OF but after reading up on JP , listening to Tate and Kevin, I unsubscribed from all those women Started to invest time on myself, doing Yoga and also going to Gym, enrolled in courses that would help me go up in my career, working on side hustle, they helped me to invest in myself and get myself to a better position.

I’m overweight and it’s good to still love myself but I’m 💯 aware it’s not ok, it’s uncomfortable and unhealthy. So I can still have a healthy relationship with where I am now w my weight but love myself enough to workout and lose weight
