      Honestly, I'm shocked you don't receive this in PR. I want your opinion before I spend my money. Thank you for the honesty and review. I stopped buying from a different brand because of the customer service lying to me. It's so frustrating

      Im glad you got refunded since it came broken 🙏🏼 it took too long to get to your hands :( I bought it in the Sephora online (Europe) and got it even sooner than I expected (was quite surprised) but they only had the eyeshadow palette and thank god cause I did not waste it on the trio highlights and gloss!
      But I do LOVE the eyeshadow palette

    I would like give positive comments on two companies with fantastic customer service experiences, and they are BK Beauty and Lisa Eldridge. Any problems were resolved well, and they showed care for the consumer. I will always order from them both.

    I have been wearing this palette with only the mattes, outstanding. I did that with the GLAM palette too absolutely stunning looks with the mattes. Of course she is known for her shimmers but her mattes blend like a dream for me and look stunning. You need to be on her PR LIST ---- you are over due.

    I bought this palette for my mom, who only uses gold eyeshadows (I bought it at Sephora Poland and it arrived the next day after ordering, almost 3 weeks ago). So far, she has only used mono eye shadows. As soon as I saw this palette, I knew it was perfect for her and I was right. it's beautiful (the palette, but so is my mother;)) It cost me a lot of self-discipline not to buy one for myself. But maybe she'll lend it to me someday?😅

    This is insane, I thought Pat McGrath had bad customer service but didn’t expect it from ND as well. At least you got it refunded with the highlighter. I never actually ordered from their site due to the international shipping thing. I always ordered off Cult Beauty because they give a 20% NHS discount and Im ok with waiting. I can understand as a creator you need first dibs, it’s tougher for us UK folks but at least we aren’t as late as Australia.
    US is lucky they can return even opened stuff, we can’t return anything even if unopened

      @@calcal4438 its the blue light discount, you pay just 5 pounds for the card but you get discounts at almost every UK store, even starbucks give you a discount, and clarks and skechers also have 20% off. I saved hundreds of pounds with it over the years especially on beauty

    I’m glad you still made a video with the collection. 💛 my highlighter palette also came detached. Luckily not shattered, so I just glued it back in and it’s fine now. But for the price, that shouldn’t be happening.

      I give Charlotte loads of credit for not throwing her creator status around. There are many creators in the beauty space who you just know are very demanding and pains in the butt. Not Sweet Charlotte!

      I agree that Charlotte is amazing, but I also love seeing creators having real experiences with brands, not special treatment bc of who they are. There are brands I’ve had bad experiences with that influencers LOVE and will never see what I’ve seen bc they get preferential treatment

      @@whippetgood You make a good point. It's important that creators stay in touch with what we real customers experience. For instance I adore Andreea Ali as an artist, but since everything is gifted to her, I feel she has lost touch with what it is like to budget money and have certain standards because we are judicious with how we spend our money. I'm not sure she has ever known what it's like to be "just a consumer" not a makeup artist who gets discounts and free products. This is where Charlotte shines. She is grounded and willing to say when we do not need that!

    Well handled, Charlotte! It is a mystery to me how a company who depends on influencers to advertise can be so very bad at delivering the goods. Do they really expect for reviews to be completely independent from service provided? Bottom line is that *you* are providing a very critical service for them.
    I am glad that you did give us an unbiased review of the product. As someone with a very pale but definitely warm complexion, I value your honest and straightforward reviews.

    I ordered the Tiger palette from HG US site before it was available in the UK because it was for a birthday gift. It didn’t ship and didn’t ship, then it launched in the UK, so I requested cancellation, they didn’t get back to me until I contacted a second time, and then informed me that I could not cancel as item was now shipped. However, no shipping confirmations arrived until a few days later. I contacted them again to say that the item would be too late for birthday gift and would be purchasing in UK. They said I should wait for the item ti arrive and then return it. When the item finally arrived I initiated the returns process only to find that I was required to return using their specified courier service at a cost of £45. I asked for the case to be escalated and after MONTHS of emailing I was refunded. I haven’t bought an HG product since. My experience is so similar to the ND situation that I wonder if it’s an established customer service ruse to delay responding and then say too late to cancel.

    I was buying only Natasha Denona but had terrible customer service from her website that I just said forget it and not buying anymore from her! They lied to me and it was over getting points back that were taken off. It was honestly ridiculous

    Some of the BEST customer service experience I have had is with Lisa Eldrige. They are so helpful and just recently sent me foundation samples after sending them a photo. They did not even charge me (I live in USA). Kudos to the companies that go above and beyond and BTW, I have been in customer service for over 25 years. It's hard to forget a bad experience.

    I stopped looking at her pallets after getting the I made a nude and finding that the quality was not as good as the previous pallettes😊, the pans are kind of loose in the power, and the colors were a little chalky

    I purchased two of the Golden palettes because I was SO excited that she put one out that I could use more than two shades, and mine are so much lighter than the photos and swatches and videos I’m seeing. I bought this palette promo for the Teak shade, and mine is soooo light. It’s not nearly as deep as in this video or any photos. Flesh is so much lighter, all of them are barely there and almost grey. Is anyone else experiencing this? Both of mine are like this and absolutely do not look like or apply like I’m seeing in every video, photo, and swatch.

    I had the same type of experience with Ulta and I went from buying approximately $2000 a year with them to zero. I vote with my dollar and you should too!

      I’ve had issues with Ulta but if I was forced to go only Sephora or only Ulta, it would be Ulta. I’ve been shopping at Sephora since I was 19 and I’m now 42. They are like a toxic relationship. I got the 2500 point $100 gift card. And they must be the ONLY company that makes you use it all at once because I lost $36 of it. Because I thought I could use the rest at another time. And rouge rewards are just crap now, you can’t get the free makeover and I did the $90 makeover…you don’t even get to pick out what you want to try. Everything I wanted to try to see if I liked it enough to buy it they didn’t have in their “kit” the girl was really nice but I didn’t pay $90 and a tip for niceness I wanted to try out products I wanted to possibly buy. Never again.

      Ulta is the worst about sending products that look used/swatched, leaking products or things thrown in between two pieces of paper, no wrapping. When you try to return by mail they want to change $7. My stores are 20 miles in either direction. Not bad but the divas who work there have snooty attitudes and overlook you if you're older than 30. At least Sephora allows returns by mail for free. I feel like I get better rewards with them, but maybe it's because I have their credit card.

      @@Niccis_Narrative You're right, you do have to watch out for that $100 gift card. I save mine for Natasha palettes as they always seem to happen at the same time plus one lipstick and you're done lol. Fast expiration though and you can't use it during the VIB sale. But I love their customer service. Never given a hard time or questioned over anything that was missing from my package or anything I wanted to return. The customer is always right with them. What I don't like is how you can't get an offer anymore unless you spend 40 and it used to be 25. I feel like that is getting kind of greedy.

    Sorry you had that experience. I recently ordered the yucca pallet from her website. I am in the US. I was shocked how well it was wrapped to avoid breakage. It came in a cardboard shipping box. Doubled wrapped in bubble wrap. It would have taken a lot to break.
    My order did say unfulfilled even after I had received it. It still says unfulfilled after I have had it couple weeks. I think they have a glitch. I don’t think they lied. I never did get a email from ND saying it was shipped. I got a email from ups saying it was shipped.

    I avoid buying ND now because us canadian customers were left in the dust when Sephora stopped selling her products. I'm not ordering without being able to return if there is an issue. Furthermore, I'm not paying duty when it arrives. She can stuff it! I've spent a lot of money in the past on her stuff, but I've easily moved on.
    I'm only watching this because it's you, not because of anything that ND has to offer.

    If I had that kind of experience, it would be the last time I purchased their makeup. I understand that because of your business, it is a problem of a different kind. I appreciate your explanation of your experience up front.
    Honestly, this makes me not want to purchase anything from her. There is way too much great makeup out there for me to buy, so who needs that?

In my case, as an anonymous consumer, I don’t need to rush to get the new products 😅 I don’t have the option to order directly from ND bc they don’t ship to Spain, but I have options like my local Sephora or Cult Beauty. This palette for me is a summer everyday palette 💛💛💛

    Oh dear, that's very unpleasant. I'm also a bit unhappy with the "supply situation" here in Austria. Austria is apparently the only country (at least) in Europe with no Sephora shops BUT also no homepage :-(
    Nobody knows why and doesn't want to say anything about it.
    Which means you can only order via Germany and have to pay postage, regardless of the order amount, so you are treated worse than German customers. Which is otherwise unusual for shops that supply both Germany and Austria. ...I have enough experience here ;-)
    One brand that can apparently only be ordered here via Sephora is Natasha Denona, so I have to say I also feel a bit ripped off. But I've now developed a new concept for myself anyway, I've taken stock of my eyeshadow colours e.g. I have 5 gold shades and that will just have to do ;-D
    This way I can see at a glance if I really don't have a colour that I need and buy it individually from Artdeco, so I can create my own eyeshadow palette/ my own looks. - As a tip for people who want to save money or don't have easy access to certain brands.

    Remember that year when a lot of us Natasha Denona customers found a great promo code and placed orders, only to be told that we weren't supposed to use that (working) code and then held our orders hostage until we paid the remaining full amount, then they would decide to ship our parcels?
    Pepperidge Farm remembers and will never forget!
    Horrendous customer service especially if you're an international customer. Never again!

    I have been TRYING to resist this palette in favor of maybe a YSL quad in similar tones due to ease of travel, but you’re not making it easy! This color story looks Iike it was designed FOR. YOU. How very disappointing about the customer service. I hope someone on her team who cares comes across this review. I agree 1000% about the highlighter trio - I keep picking up my Berry trio to use the highlighter out of there even when I’m not using the rest of it. Of course their margins are SO much lower when we buy through other retailers rather than direct, so you’d think they’d bend over backwards to be accommodating to direct purchasers. I’ve been waiting specifically to see this review from YOU. And…aaaargh!

    Dear Charlotte, sorry to hear you had to go through that. And as for your product reviews coming out a little later, no worries. I still love to hear your reviews on products. As a good pupil you have taught me to have a cooling off period when I get excited about a new product, to consider watching many different reviews and to not pay full price for an item. So I am more patient about spending my money on cosmetics. So this video doesn’t actually really feel late to me. Luv your blog, and be well and have a great rest of your day. :)

      Same. I have not made up my mind if I want it yet. The golds appeal, but unless the browns lean taupe or mauve, warm shades don't suit me. I think this is a palette where many are on the fence. And as you said, this is not limited edition so we have time to collect our thoughts. I don't see this one selling out like the Nudes did - off and on.

    You can't buy ND at CANADA Sephora anymore. My last purchase from the site - the shippingwas a lot and they sent the wrong shade in a lipstick. Took forever.
    I won't buy ND anymore.

    Oh Charlotte, what a nightmare indeed. I ordered mine from LF and had it 4 days later in Ireland, and that was no waiting list etc..... Love this palette, have used it everyday since I got it, everyday bling for me lol.... def worth it but sorry you had such an ordeal getting it.

    I do not understand how so many brands and retailers do not understand the importance of good customer service. Some retailers have bought me for life because of the sweet person replying in a timely manner and doing all they can to help. I would buy from them even if it is a bit more expensive, because who wants their nerves wrecked over some makeup or clothes. Thank you for sharing your experience, I think most of us can relate with that feeling, at least I can. Love your review. Love all of your content❤

    Oh Charlotte, how frustrating! I hope ND realizes that they have impacted your business by providing such poor customer service. There’s zero excuse for such an experience, and I certainly will think twice about shopping from them directly.
    In other news, that top and the golden eyeshadow look really highlight your blue eyes!

    Three weeks to arrive which I think is a very long wait, I only bought the eyeshadow palette which I love and it came really well packaged. In future I will shop from Sephora UK, so sadly you won’t get the affiliate bonus but Sephora now ship to Ireland. Would love to see more looks from this palette, you are never too late!

    I wasn't going to faff around getting it from the ND website, and waited for the palette to arrive here on Cult Beauty and/or Sephora. Got mine last Friday and I'm very pleased. A friend ordered it from her web site but the delivery took so long I actually received mine before hers arrived 😏!

    I've always had good experiences with ordering from the ND website. I did, however, have a bad experience with MAC. I ordered a few different lip products. All but one were shipped together, and a lip liner shipped by itself. The lip liner never arrived, so I emailed their customer service. I never got a response, so I went to the website and did the live chat. The rep said no problem, we'll get that shipped out to you asap. Well, that one never arrived either. I did not waste my time emailing. I just went back to the website to do the live chat again. The rep apologized and said they'd get it mailed out to me asap along with a free sample. Guess what arrived....the free sample and no lip liner. I just gave up at that point. 😂

    I'm sorry you had such a bad experience! I'm in the US and normally have a much better experience with her website than I do with Ulta. I ordered the Biba palette from Ulta once and they sent it in an envelope with hardly any padding, so it arrived completely destroyed. The orders from her website are usually packaged well, but I do think her palettes in general tend to fall apart more easily than other brands. I definitely wouldn't take one of them on a trip!

    I'm convinced that the decline I've experienced in customer service over the past 15ish years (in every industry really) is likely related to brands outsourcing customer service to cheaply paid workers, probably overseas. Why can't these incredibly wealthy companies pay an actual living wage and then maybe customer service workers would actually be able to give a damn and not be so overworked and probably overwhelmed. I feel like everyone is losing in this situation besides the brands 🙄

    I honestly haven't been excited about Natasha Denona launches in a very long time. I feel like the majority of her palettes over the past few years and become less inclusive when it comes to shades that can work on deeper skin tones. It feels very intentional (although it may not be). I used to love her palettes because it was one of the brands that made shades deep enough and rich enough to work on my skin tone. The Golden Palette is pretty but does lack depth and variety after losing the teal shades. I might buy it but not at full price. It's worth $40 max..in my humble opinion 😏😂

    Come to Australia, we’re extremely used to waiting not just a mere few weeks longer for many products. And a couple of stores including Sephora and Mecca our other big makeup store have things locked in place for several top brands so we cannot order directly from the USA or the uk.
    Saying that I do always try to purchase from Mecca because you can return any product within two months no questions asked .

    Oh my gosh what a terrible experience you had :( I'm sorry! I'm a bit on the same boat, I'm in Australia and I ordered the palette on the 4th from ND's website and my order is still not here! Last time I ordered it was the My Dream collection and that got here in a week. So inconsistent...

    I've never ordered from PM coz of the bad reviews on shipping and customer service. I'm only half way through video but I'm sad for you Charlotte. It's because you are so professional and I'm really not saying it for brownie points, I mean it and I feel that you feel some way responsible about ND order, if we went through your affiliate link and we were treated in this way. It's not your problem and I have even more admiration for you hilighting this. 😘

    That's some seriously BAD customer service. I'm disappointed to hear this. They should absolutely be providing top-notch service to every customer, as her prices are high end. When I buy a ND palette, I EXPECT good service. I'm in Canada and have dealt with delays, but nothing like this!! Whew momma!!! Thumbs down ND!

    You know what would fix all of this? HEY DINGBATS AT NATASHA DENONA: THIS WOMAN IS WORTH HER WEIGHT IN PR GOLD. GET HER ON YOUR PR LIST, STAT. It’s *ridiculous* at this point, that she isn’t. Clearly they need a social media team, that is on the ball. Wow.

    I’ve had a horrible experience with Natasha Denona customer service. They don’t know what that is. It’s totally non existent. I’ll buy their products from other companies.
    Honestly, they should stick to their lane and make the makeup and just not sell directly to the consumer. They are bad at it and it diminishes their brand.

    Omg, I had a very similar experience with the SpaceNK Customer Service… I won’t be buying there again… Something is very wrong with lack of respect and rudeness from these big companies… am I the only one here?

    Great customer service-Devinah. Had a duplicate single shadow shipped and they sent the missing one immediately without requiring me to send back duplicate , even though I offered to send it back

    I paid for a few makeup pallettes in the beginning of the month and it has been 19 days so far had no update of the status. I've emailed 3 times and had no response. It seems as if they have no customer service department. Its a big shame truly feels dishonest. You are right to not promote natasha Denona. Thank you for talking about your experience ❤

    ND customer service is dreadful. I’m in Canada but had heard a lot of US complaints. My first order from her site (she is no longer available in Canada) came with no issues. Ordered the powder foundation and paid for 2 day expedited shipping. (Very) long story short … nearly two weeks. Why? They shipped it to Toronto twice. Then back to the US twice. Then back here … and then to Mexico. Despite repeated emails asking for the order to be canceled, no response. They finally refunded my shipping. From now on, Beautylish only. Their customer service is fantastic. Glad they refunded your highlighter. Even a discount isn’t worth the aggro of ordering from them. They make Pat McGrath CS look saintly.

    NDs customer service is literal shit. I found metal shards (METAL SHARDS!!!) in my ND sunset mini. They treated me like absolute crap despite sending them a responding picture with a $2K stack of ND products demonstrating my loyalty to the brand. They offered me a replacement or pro-rated refund. Metal shards in an eyeshadow palette! Total shit customer service. I kept a recording of me further investigating if there were more shards in the palette…guess what there were! Be careful folks!

    The only time I ordered from her website, Fed Ex delivered to my neighbor. Opened the claim with ND as instructed by FedEx. FedEx seen knocking on neighbor's door(we dont get along). FedEx closed claim saying it was delivered. ND refused to reopen even with supporting photos. I had to go through credit card to get money back. Never again. I buy ND from Sephora or Ulta.

    I’m not surprised. Yet another example of her shady energy. I was eyeballing ND since Tina The Fancy Face had issues years ago. Her company is representative of her. Her getting upset over “leaks”. Her attitude in general.

    How frustrating! My experience was so bad with PML I will not order from them, rather have FOMO. I did order from ND seeing my friends get it quickly and mine about 5 days later. I do love this palette

    Ahhhhh. My berry pop cheek trio came with the highlighter smashed to smithereens. Sooooo annoying!! Yes they refunded but really disappointing so like you I’ll stick to buying the products from UK sites 😬

    Hi Charlotte, so sorry that happened to you. I bought mine from Ulta cause they had a $15 off prestige brands, unfortunately I’m returning it, there are 3-4 shimmer/metallics that give me so much glitter fallout, it’s ridiculous..tried with primer, glitter glue, fix+, tired of that small glitter sparkles, why can’t they do just foils, just stop with the glitters.😢😢😢it saddens me cause I liked the colors. If I could take those 4 shimmers out and insert Sydney Grace shades I would in a heartbeat. Your look was beautiful 🥰

    Wow, between the shipping snafu, the Customer Service bu!!sh!z, and the broken highlighter, your whole experience is regrettable!
    I'm in Canada, and we no longer have any Canadian retailers carrying Natasha Denona, so we don't have much choice, we have to buy from ND, or we don't get to use their eyeshadows at all. ND pulled out of Sephora Canada a year ago.

    I have never bought from the ND website, but I won’t after hearing this! Particularly as I am UK based. Sorry you had that experience! I had a similar experience from another company re closing the issue in response to a complaint. To not even be acknowledged is so infuriating.

    A ton of YT creators have had the pans fall out of their highlighter component. It’s happened to almost video I’ve seen. Quality issues there for sure.
    I refuse to order from ND’s website because the shipping and duties to Canada are horrendous! Pat McGrath offers free shipping on everything to Canada, for example.
    ND pulled out of Sephora Canada and now i order from Beautylish. Best customer service with Beautylish.
    What a bunch of rubbish, thanks for sharing your experience and sorry you had to deal with annoying frustration. Leaves a long lasting bad taste in your mouth going forward.

    Companies still do not get how impactful and decisive is costumer service. An excellent costumer service builds trust and makes you want to buy more. Lisa Eldridge's costumer service is an example of that. I already didn't consider buying anything from de ND website since their prices for europe are ridiculous. It's always cheaper at Lookfantastic, Cult beauty or Sephora. So pricy and crappy service, no thanks

    I live in New York and buy often from ND and it comes quickly and well packaged. My I Need a Nude palette had a damaged Mia pan. Customer service quickly replaced it, but when the second one arrived damaged also, I wrote back to them and they never responded.

    My experience is that Natasha Denona treats Canadians badly too. I’m not saying I won’t buy her products ever again, but I haven’t purchased her products in some time. When she pulled her products from Sephora Canada, I must be honest, I thought it was a foolish move on her part.

    Last time I ordered from their website, I received a Harry Potter doll by mistake. Because I am a makeup addict, I didn't open the box until weeks later and now I am stuck with this stupid Harry Potter doll and not the Circo Loco and Yucca palettes

    So sad to hear about this customer service experience. I hate when brands lie like this. I have experienced similar lack of accountability from PMG as well and it really put me off. I have to really consider if I order from ND website myself (I am in Eu)
