We Muslims fast during the month of Ramadan. We eat in the evening before the Fajr prayer, and we only eat at the time of the Maghrib call to prayer. The month of Ramadan comes in a year only once.

Absolutely not! I will eat till I’m satisfied then stop and save the rest. Never encourage someone to stuff themselves for the sake of entertainment. It’s not good for you! This is about enjoying your food. I make my own rules for mukbang on my channel. There are plenty of other channels that will appease your taste, I suggest taking a look at them.
