"If you look at the way the whole issue has come from HC to SC, the only message is that they (WB govt) are trying to protect the principal..." said Rohan Gupta. "In any crime scene, there are first responders who are supposed to act as per protocol. In both these cases (Kolkata and Maharashtra), the first responders did not act as per protocol," said Prathibha Prahlad. "I completely agree on the delays.
