Good afternoon to all. I always watch all the videos on this channel. I love each and every one. Thank you Lea for this gentle reminder once again to slow down and live our lives with intention and meaning. Your videos are always so peaceful sounding and well done. Many blessings to you and your husband. 😊I’ve also started my healing journey eating well with an animal based diet and I feel much better so I know it’s working. I’ll need to try the dandelion with a tea bag of spearmint. What a neat combination.
