Fantastic footage captured by you there mate! I must admit at the very end I got a little teary eyed. If this is the very end of the road it's been a heck of a ride!!!!! Thank you for sharing this footage with us! After a rocky 2017-2018 they came into their own again, Rick would have been proud of what Richie managed to do. They sounded as tight and solid here as what they have ever done. We've never truly had a bad lineup of this band. Their music and contribution will carry on long after we've all rocked our last breath that's for sure. Quo forever!
Had tickets for this but didn't make it. Absolutely gutted, SQ have been the soundtrack of my life for 50 years. Thank you for the video of what I missed.
All I can say is thank you... I can't find any words, imagining how they've put themselves into their tours and how much it means to them. But I don't think this is the end of their journey as Status Quo. I hope they have something more they want to do.
Hello, I think the same. They sound too fit to stop. For the future. Maybe 20 gigs in a year, on festivals with a playing time of max. 70 minutes and.... a little change in the live set. Oriental, medley out, Down Down normal playing time, Spinning wheel blues in.. for example. I am dreaming. Best wishes.
Thank you, I really think so, too. I want them to be on stage again, even if it's just a one-off show, and I hope they will release a new album in the near future. I've heard various opinions, but age does not hurt their worth a bit, and I was impressed by the way they all covered Rick's part together on this tour. I think Francis' guitar solos are really cool, compared to other guitarists, even the ones of hard rock bands. Thanks for your words. Sincerely.
