Don’t get me wrong this song and album are great, their best work in years but some of the lyrics seem like they’re just the way they are for the sake of being different.

Loving the 80s vibes through this whole album, but this just gets me right in the ❤, Phil Collins / Genesis vibes at points. And Patricks voice is just incredible, as always.
Yeah, it's that solo drum run accented by everything coming in at the end. Real "In The Air Tonight" feel, while still managing to sound like it's own thing. My problem with many of the other songs on this album is that they try to do similar things, but never manage to stand apart from the song they are "imitating" or paying homage to.
The final chorus with the explosive guitar line from Joe, huge drums from Andy and Patrick just wailing - might be my favorite final chorus of any FOB song. They outdid themselves
Aaaand my heart stopped. This. Is. KILLER. I love everything about this song- but mostly, I love the way Patrick sings this one. I love when he shows off that vocal range of his- he is the only vocalist that gives me goosebumps when he sings. ❤😍❤
This song has an amazing sound, it’s got an 80’s flare. It’s slower than most Fall Out Boy songs. However, it’s just unmistakably fall out boy. This is my favorite of all their songs off this new album. Hopefully it gets the recognition it deserves.

When I first heard this I couldn't help but thinking "this is what ABAP/Mania should have sounded like". I imagine some of my favorite songs from those albums (Jet Pack Blues, Church, Bishop's Knife Trick...) with this amazing guitar work and drumming and have a "what could have been" feeling.
