I didn't expect their voice could be this good together
I like kiara's little additions, not sure what to call them, on some words. Like an extension of the song, it's pretty cool
i think it's staccato, but yeah i thought that was good as well

I generally call them "flourishes" myself. I think embellishment is also often used. Basically, the same idea as a run, but instead of running all over the place, it's just that one extra little emphasis
Ad libs was my first thought, flourishes and embellishments work well too. So long as you're clever about it you can use them throughout a song, just have to be careful about overusing them. They're an addition after all, not the norm.
