Hope you've got more patience than me when putting on small tyres on small rims, I totally detest them compared to bigger one's, fine if you've got the right size tyre levers. Don't forget to replace the broken haybob tines. 🙂👍
Wheel off should be the small as a small trailer. Grease/Bearing cap off. possible tapered bearing, held in by split pin and then nut. Split pin out, nut of pull wheel assemble away. Be careful fist bearing will/might drop out the inner bearing should stay in the shaft. Off you go with wheel assemble get tyre fitted. Assemble; clean most of the grease out of the inside basically to make sure no grit etc. Same with the tapered put of the bearing. Re grease inner bearing, slide wheel assembly back on, re grease loose bearing assembly tighten nut to the point were there is on too and fro movement of the wheel assemble, spin it around a few times to settle the grease and check again. tighten the nut 1/4 to 1/2 a turn. Check teh wheel turns free and no funny noises. Replace split pin and cap Finished
If your tedder is a latter model the wheel and bearingsa will come away as an assemble. There it a case of unbolting the wheel wheel assemble, getting a new tyre and tube reassemble and inflating
When that tyre came off it reminded me of an incident I and a friend of mine had with a wheelbarrow, I had blown the tyre up checked it with the pressure gauge all ok we then decided to go indoors for a cup of tea just got in the conservatory and there was an almighty bang went back out in the garden the wheelbarrow was laying on its side the rubber tyre hanging off never found the inner tube and the red plastic tyre rim shattered and a piece of the plastic rim embedded in the lawn, if we had been out there no knowing what injuries one of us would have had.🥴️
Interesting video . Your Trolly Jack needs oiling . In my real life I had a nickname Mr Fix it . Usually I could work out problems especially on my Triumph Herald . It's a metal rim with a wheel bearing easy job . Stay safe and Crack on ..
That rim looked a bit buggered, Will need sorting or will just cut into the new tyre and get a copper/hide mallet and then you wont cause even more damage to the rim with your dodgy hammer 😂You might want two looking at the cracks in the other one haha
Good practice to order two as the other will soon let you down at busy time
Was going to say the same, the other 1 is only just hanging on.
PR is Ply rating, the higher the pr the tougher the tyre is. hope you have luck with the new tyre 🚜
I worked at a small Honda dealership and yep, getting fat tyres on a small moped rim ain't easy.

Ya may put 2 tyrs aun it and put a bit of copper grease aun the shaft and bolt b fore it put back aun
That other tyre is hanging by the look of it. I would put a pair on now, so you don't have the hassle next haytime.
