Well you’d just have it filled with the two or three head shots you’d be required to get for ur agency usually, and then just tell whoever books you that you don’t have much experience and slowly fill up ur comp cards and portfolio :)
Spend the money to hire a photographer. Every job expects you to show up with experience, they don't care how you get it. Most regular jobs expect you to have done some volunteer work or an unpaid internship minimum if you've never had a real job. Getting a few pictures done is a lot faster and easier than working 6 months for free. If you can't afford to hire a photographer, then advertise yourself or look for a photographer who's hiring and offer to work free or cheap in exchange for pictures for your portfolio. There's s word for that, but I forget, it's a very standard industry exchange though because photographers own the right to the images they take unless you negotiate otherwise and get the right to use/post the pics they take of you. For safety reasons, when you're new, try to find a woman photographer, someone who's been recommended by a friend, or who allows you to bring an "assistant" to keep and eye on you and make sure he doesn't try anything shady. Even if he has a team member, they work for him and can't be trusted. Make sure you get min; 1 head shot, one full body standing, one bust (waist to head), and one *interesting* shot that shows your range and doesn't hide you behind props and such. If you can't find a professional, it's time to go on your socials, and start begging your friends with half decent pics for help. There's always gonna be someone somewhere looking for a model for something so don't agree to anything weird or shady, there will be a next offer. Also? Practice your selfies. Get comfortable posing. Not just in front of mirrors but from all different angles. That's it, that's all the advice I've got, good luck!

I mean, there are still jobs you could get so if you're determined, wear tights/leggings instead, but there's s lot of competition for fashion gigs and the more experience the more desirable the model so it'll be tough. Look into fantasy photographers, swimsuit modeling, etc and see if you might be interested in a specific niche that might suit you needs better
