At 5:20, compare your shoulder height to his. It's actually easy to keep the ball low if you hunch down. Looking good otherwise! Yeah DHS and good butterfly tables, whatever the paint is does grip the ball on bounce a lot better.

thats true, u go down with the ball on ur serve but when u throw the ball up u stand back up and stay very upright when u hit it
Ovtcharov explained it once: always best to be as close as possible with ur head next to the ball contact, gives more controll and thats what all pros trying to do too

I noticed that there are times when you don't really use your right foot properly on your forehand. Like at around 4:10 you do it incorrectly.
But, on the point that begins at 0:45 you do it correctly. In fact, you do it correctly during the first hitting session a lot.
And one MAJOR issue you have with your short underspin serve is that the first bounce of the ball on the table is far too close to the baseline. If you want to improve your short underspin serve, then focus on getting that first bounce close to the net. It will help you dramatically. Remember: if you want to keep the serve short, the first bounce should be close to the net. If you want to serve it long, the first bounce should be close to the baseline.
